After selecting your bots, and submitting your EULA form, your trading bots will appear on your dashboard within 24hrs and sometimes up until 3 days if technical delays arise.
After our install, you can practice with DEMO funds or connect exchanges to trade in LIVE mode.
Once your subscription ends, you will be notified and offered to reinstate or loose access to services which will extend to the end-users service credentials to platform.
For monthly payments, we support Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Venmo, Apple, and Google. If you would like to pre-pay for the services, you can choose to pay in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, BNB, LTC, XRP, and more) by contacting [email protected].
Once your paid plan is finished and you haven’t renewed it, you will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will lose services and support, including access to packages and benefits.
No, there are no fees from trades. You only pay a monthly subscription fee for using the platform to have access to useful tools that make trading and managing crypto more efficient.
Our site uses HTTPS while server permissions are granted via SSH. Furthermore your API keys stored on servers are encrypted, and should never have the option “withdraw” enabled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We don’t issue refunds or credits for partial use of service or the amount of time left in your subscription.
We’ll keep your data safe on the servers for one year just in case you’d like to come back. If you remain on a Free plan for one year, your access credentials provided by our services will be removed permanently.
